Warranty matters
1 Heating hose: one year warranty for the original machine.If the heating hose is damaged by human operation and the heating is too high, the heating circuit is changed and the damage is not allowed to claim for compensation;
2 Material pump: guaranteed for 6 months.Premature damage of material pump caused by improper operation and maintenance, excessive use of impurities in materials, and entry of foreign bodies shall not be claimed for compensation.
3 The electrical parts of the filling sewing machine: the original machine is guaranteed for 1 year and replaced.After the purchase of parts for 1 month.If the machine circuit short circuit, open circuit, mixed electricity or artificial improper operation caused by the damage will not be claimed.
4 The generator is guaranteed for one year.
5 Tyres are wearable parts and are not subject to claim.
6 The damaged parts should be sent back to the manufacturer for identification before a claim can be made according to the claims regulations.
7 In the above warranty period, failure, without the permission of the manufacturer, is not allowed to disassemble, inspection and maintenance, otherwise no claim.
